Who We Are

Hyunjin Choi, Ph.D., is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Boundary Bridge LLC. She specializes in cross-boundary collaboration, knowledge integration, research-driven problem solving, and organizational learning and development.

She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Columbia University. Her research focuses on how knowledge exchange and integration support effective team-based collaboration in cross-boundary settings, particularly among leadership teams. Her peer-reviewed research has been published in journals such as Small Group Research, and she has presented at leading academic conferences including AERA and AHRD. She also brings teaching and professional development experience across various institutional settings, including Columbia University, Texas A&M University, and Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education. She serves as a reviewer for prominent journals in education, leadership, adult learning, and organizational studies.

Her consulting work includes publication-oriented research support, strategic professional resource coordination, cross-border agreement and legal-document translation, and research-based communication. She supports clients working across business, legal, education, engineering, and international partnership contexts in Korea, Japan, and the United States.

Through Boundary Bridge, Hyunjin partners with clients to connect ideas, people, and opportunities across organizations, sectors, disciplines, and global contexts.

Taeseung Shin serves as Vice President of Operations & Partnerships at Boundary Bridge LLC. He supports the company’s internal operations, administrative coordination, and organizational development.

With a background in structural engineering and project-based work, including experience in EPC and owner-side environments, Taeseung brings a practical perspective on communication, coordination, and problem solving in complex organizational settings.

At Boundary Bridge, he supports the company’s efforts to build reliable operations and maintain professional relationships across business and international contexts.
